I got mine a few weeks ago and I love it. I purchased the Polar FT7. I use it for weight training, cardio and stretching. It is great for tracking total calories burned. It even tells you how many of those calories burned are from Fat burn and Fitness burn.

Me too!

I really think buying a HRM is best if you want to know how much calories you're burning. Everyone is different and burn calories at different rates.

I just ordered mine yesterday and probably won't get it until next week. I would love to start with you though.

My regret is that I didn't minor in photography when I was in college but instead double majored in something that I'm not even using. Now it's really hard to find time to go back to school but I haven't given up yet. One class a year! :)

Wow! 1000 calories burned a day during exercising is a lot! And that's all in 1.5hours??? Kudos to you! :drinker:

Asians tend to be like that. They have a thing for commenting on weight. Whether you lost or gained weight. The first thing any old friend or family member would say to me when I have gained a few pounds is, "o my you got fat." I just ignore. I know I'm healthier than a lot of people because I eat better and I exercise.…

I work 40hours a week, married but no kids. I wake up at 445am to work out 1hr - 1.5hrs a day, 4-5 days a week. Evenings I walk my dogs for 20-30 minutes and then study. On Friday I party hard, Saturday is chill day with husband and family (maybe a little hiking), and Sunday I go out mountain biking with my husband for 3…

Congratulations on your weight loss achievement. It's great that you're are losing weight and getting fit. I honestly don't think these women are jealous of your success. If anything they should be motivated to do what you do. Yes it does seem petty for them to stop talking to you altogether. They may have their reasons…

LMAO! that's one smexy beast!

Yes I have that problem too. My body is resistant to insulin so low carb diet works best for me. Right now I am just eating whole grain carb and some fruit but I'm barely shedding the pounds. I do, however, feel healthier and more energized than when I was on a low carb diet. I did the southbeach diet a few years back and…

I think vintage stockings are sexy as hell.

I got inked for the first time this year. I always knew that my since I was young that I wanted a turtle tattoo. It just took me until now to finally found the artist and courage to actually get one. I don't know why, but I love turtles! I love the symbol, the look, the vibe of turtles. You can see my tattoo on my ticker.…

I'm still trying to eat a 1200 calorie diet. It's a little hard for me to do since I normally eat 1500 calorie/day. I used to feel hungry all the time so I upped it back to 1500 calorie and just upped my workout calories burned.
