I bought a pair of the Reebok easy tone and I do not recommend it. I've lost my footing a couple of time while wearing it and they are definitely not made for running. My average is about 450/an hour. I say my cardio workouts are pretty intense. HR at 165 - 179.

I have been with my husband for over 10 years (married for 6). So far so good. We have our ups/downs and our differences, but it's not like it's something we can't work through. Relationship is work and I am lucky to have found that one person I want to work with the rest of my life.

I love hot tea especially the jasmine green tea. I drink about 2 coffee pots a day without adding any sugar/honey. I don't know if it's an acquired taste, but I'm addicted.

I'm in this month. I didn't join February's challenge but I was aiming for 100 miles. I only did about 60 miles on the trail. I take spin class every other day but there's no way for me to calculate that.

I get up every hour for tea and i take short walks on my breaks. I work 10 -12 hours and getting out of the office (even for a short 10 minutes or so) helps. I also go to the gym after work so I don't get that "i'm so tired from sitting all day" feeling.

Is this how we should boil eggs to make the shell an easy peel? I always have a hard time peeling the shell without it taking the egg white with it.
