Makes no difference! You're still going to get the majority of your miconutrients and the calorie count is not going to change. Stick with what suits your life style. Good luck!

Sadly the only coach in the area is really old school and I really don't agree with his methods i.e. you have to stick to fish, brown rice, veggies rather than just hitting your macros.
