i have been running since last june. i have to listen to music so i don't hear my self puffing and panting as i know i would stop if i could hear it. i find the music a great distraction - might be a suggestion?

maybe cut down on the phone bill and spend some money on fruit and veg... this shouldn't cost too much

i just started last month. i now find if i go for a walk that it is soooo boring and slow. i just want to keep jogging! it's hard in the summer with kids off school but plan on stepping it up once sept comes. i haven't followed an app but did 4.2kms in 30 mins which i was pleased with but will go back to 25 mins for a few…
