dt dew...yes I miss it sometimes and I do drink it occasionally now but feel sooooooo much better without soft drinks!

I just started and take a class once a week but use some of the moves throughout the rest of the week. I must admit( and I did to the instructor) that I was quite skeptical about it! Now I look forward to yoga days. It really is an excellent add to balance out my cardio days and lifting days.

I got mine as a new year's resolution aid! I have dropped over 20lbs since then. I check it through out the day and tell myself "at this pace, I will not make 10,000 steps"...then I go take a walk around the building at work.

Well I can only do one so...its between my ex(yeah I know that's original), Obama, and all the Kardashians!
