  • Well no run tonight but a 30 minute walk and hit every hill I could. Came home and had 16 flights of stairs. lol I knew I hit them hills. Now to refuel with a protein smoothie and just relax a bit. Maybe a little yoga before bed. Have a great night ladies.

  • @aleahurst - I took a short run at lunch. NOTE to self...it is now hot outside so run in the am or in the pm or run inside! LOL Keep that oxygen over 90%. My mom struggled with her oxygen too so I understand that struggle. Hope you get to get that walk in. Does wonders for the mind and body. Everyone have a great day!
