Remember its baby steps...one bite, one step at a time. You can do this! I have struggled for about the last 6 months and have gained back quite a bit of the weight I originally lost but now I'm focused and back at it. Down 6 lbs since the week before Christmas. You can do this.

I think common sense is the best defense you can have not just while running but in general. Be aware of your surrounding. Do not look like a victim. I run with ear buds but the music is never loud enough that I cannot hear someone or something coming up on me. I always look ahead and behind me frequently, not out of…

I have tried everything. It has not synced for over a week now. I have uninstalled it on my iphone, unsynced fitbit and mfp, rebooted my iphone. Reinstalled and connected everything again...made sure the track my steps was checked in mfp...NOTHING is working. This is so frustrating.

This game gives me more time with my children. My children are 27 and 20 so any time I still get with them is a blessing. They call and say hey mom lets go Pokémon. I'm there...I'm moving, I'm spending time with them! Win Win! And I am learning more about different places in the community and other communities.

Ill admit it...my son and daughter took me with them on Friday night at 11 pm and well...now I am chasing them as well. Definitely going to get me moving more...

I agree with the other posters. I think its fairly close. If you think it may be over estimating...only eat back a portion of your calories burned. Are you losing weight? How much a week etc? These are things to take into consideration in making your decision of how to handle the burned calories. Good luck!
