Friday I took a long walk but not longer than the ones earlier in the week. Saturday is my rest day. Sunday we couldn't go to Aquafit since we had to give my sister-in-law to the airport but since my husband had today off we went this morning. I did get some walking in later on Sunday. I am making progress with losing weight this week. I am doing better with exercise but not as much as I want. We have 2 dinner parties this weekend. One at my brother's and one here with our best friends. They live here only in the summer. I am close to losing 12 lbs since retiring.
