Very true, I cut out fast food, soda and sweets and I never felt better.

consistency is key. I use to weigh over 200 pounds and the first 30 came off in 2 months that was 4 years ago. Now here I am again at 167 and it is just a slow process sometimes.

I tried Paleo bread and did not really like it....not sure about the diet program.

I lost over 30 pounds just watching what I ate. Reduce the amount of calories you eat and no matter what you will loose weight. But I find it is easier to keep off the weight with exercise.
