I have been doing CF for over 3 years. I have not yet had one injury. When I was running long distances I constantly had sore hips/knees/ankles. I understand CF isn't for everyone, there is no need to bag it because it isn't your thing. Running/swimming/yoga/gym classes aren't my thing, if it is yours that is awesome.…
