I use either but I like soy milk better for the taste :) The type I drink also contains more calcium than regular milk

Plain, simple, SUPER DELICIOUS. Just cook together red bell peppers and tomato. THAT'S IT I know it sounds so plain but the taste is amazingly yummy Try it and you'll see what I'm talking about :)

I'm at 5'5 and 108lbs is just way too stick skinny(I was 100lbs when I was severely sick). Gotta at least keep some meat on those bones! My goal is 140. Depending on how I feel once I get there, I'm either going to lose or gain

lol I started modifying my starbucks orders after I looked up the calories. Fat free milk and no whipped cream for me! Takes away a lot of calories that way

Go out with my family to a nice restaurant and not think about how many calories I'm consuming. Just for that one day though ;) After that, I have another goal in mind...Conquering the art of parkour!

When I was going pants shopping for work and picked out a pair of large sweatpants. I tried them on and felt the waist band squeezing me. I felt so uncomfortable and disgusting. Now I can wear medium sized leggings ;P
