Are we the same person? When I'm in an egg mood, I'll also have about 1-2 a day. Scrambled with a variety of veggies, in sandwiches, on the side with rice. Yum! But right now I'm in the "not having any" phase.

French pressed light roast with chocolate and caramel notes. I'll either drink it black or shake up some califia hazelnut creamer and then top with coffee (leaves it foamy on top). If I'm ordering coffee, I'll drink a flat white or an Americano.

For warm weather: A random mix of greens to made the salad base, top off with pan seared chicken, a sharp cheese, hemp seeds, and a vinegar dressing. For cooler weather: A stew of vegetables(Tomato/Onion base with peas or cauliflower..etc) and protein(chicken or ground beef) paired with a grain(bulgur, jasmine. quinoa).

I just like water :( I found that always keeping it in front of me while I'm working or watching something helps. I end up mindlessly sipping on it. You can get your water intake other ways such as tea, coffee, soup, fruits.. You can try flavoring you water.

Everyday. I just like having a ton of data on my progress chart. 😊 It's helping me learn how my weight fluctuates depending on the foods I eat. (sugary, salty) I'm going to start doing actual body measurements along with the scale weight.

I didn't used to because of how embarrassed I was. I realized that wasn't right because like someone said before, your body is still counting even if you're not. Also, sometimes it's not as bad as you think when you look at your weekly average. You still could be under maintenence. So, don't be afraid. Information is power.

Everyday. Or at least I try for everyday. I used to get so frustrated at my lack of weight loss when I weighed in once a week. When I started weighing everyday I stared to see the bigger picture and it has made me more accepting of fluctuations.

I calorie count for weight loss. I do intermittent fasting to help me keep full and stick to my caloric deficit. :)

I took a shower yesterday and noticed I was able to wrap my towel fully around my body! :) Also, my jeans that I bought a few months ago, I barely fit into them and I now can fit in them comfortably.
