My breakfast is almost always the same, except for the weekends. For lunch and dinner, it's whatever my mom makes or whatever we have in the house.

Before I started actually using this virtual journal, I would keep a physical one with me at all times. Each time I would eat a new food, I would add it to the back and create a mini calorie dictionary. It worked very well for me :) I found this virtual journal easier though because I don't have to keep going to google to…

There really is no easy answer to this. Everybody handles things in different ways. What I would do is get out my frustration through exercise. Get mad? Go running, fast. You could also look at it this way, over eating to counter emotions is sort of similar to smoking to counter emotions. They both provide temporary relief…

You are definitely not alone :P I try to save the majority of my calories for dinner ~ Mainly because of family influences. They like to eat a lot which makes me want to eat a lot.

I went through the same thing. I felt so disgustingly fat. When I started calorie counting, I was never satisfied with the amount I ate. BUT through a lot of restraint and mental discipline that feeling went away and I've become accustomed to feeling satisfied and not stuffed. I have not felt disgustingly fat ever since I…

Its a little aggravating but what I do is record the calories for every ingredient and divide the final product into cups. If I'm using a 1 gallon pot then I know there are 16(1cup) servings. Divide the total calories you got by 16 and thats the serving per cup. Ex: Added all ingredients in a stew ~lets say about 1050…

20lbs my first month of calorie counting. It was mostly water weight though Edit: Thinking about it now...The most ever in my life had to be 70lbs in a month. It's when I got my first ever lupus flare.

No harm better come to Daryl >:[ (Though I'm sure he'll be fine) Michonne is an awesome character. I want to learn more about her so she better stick around. As soon as we saw the new guy, we all knew Oscar was going to get it...though I wish he hadn't. I liked his character. I'm not sure about this new guy. Also, I want…

Depends. If your deficit is coming from your exercises then yes it doesn't make sense to eat them back. If you create a food deficit then it makes sense to eat them back. Edit: If your doing both exercise and food deficit then depending on how much you burned with your exercising and how much of a total deficit your giving…
