I'd suggest skipping the crystal light completely. I recently had a talk with a nutritionist and she said crystal light and any other products that flavor water artificially are a big no no. Yeah, after I lost my 40lbs I derailed and started eating whatever I felt like. Luckily not as bad as when I first started trying to loose weight and I didn't gain much back... but my motivation definitely left me. I've been trying to get it back this week by eating healthier again. It's really hard but I'm trying!
