I don't really pay attention to my carb intake. I just happen to end up in the 130-200 range. I haven't noticed it affecting my weight loss.

I also have iron-deficiency anemia. It's really hard for me to get iron through my food so I just take a vegan Iron supplement :P

Hmm..This is certainly interesting. Before my lifestyle change I used to sleep way too much. Even if I slept early I would wake up around noon. After my lifestyle change, I can still go to sleep early just fine but I wake up when I get my full 7-8hours(without my alarm ;P)

I tried figuring this out as well and I found out there is no difference. Europeans use kCal and Americans just say cal. Most of the food I eat comes from Turkey and on the nutrition facts it says kcal so thats why I needed to know.
