  • i'm perfectly happy at level 1 - i can see on my fitbit activity how i've progressed, because 10 of my 28 minutes (as opposed to 0 day 1 and 4 day 5) show up at very active. i know i'm working harder through the exercises, and that's what makes me try again the next day.

  • OK, I'm in - I've done my workout today as well, but I'll post on the 2nd, 11th, 21st, and 31st instead! And since I've started this before too and not finished, feel free to come back here and vent or just say "I'm hanging in there" cause that will help me too!
  • but you logged it - you didn't hide it from yourself, or from us, that's strength right there. knowing is half the battle, and the other half is not killing yourself over doing it. back in saddle and ride, girl!!
  • I am just starting out myself, at 220, and have about 85 to go (if my doctor has her way - I'll do a dance for 65!). Would love to have a friend along the way.
