Are your calories too low?!!! If you are that hungry, you may want to listen to your body and eat something healthy or drink lots of water and see if your still hungry!!

I wore a heart rate monitor during it once! haha no lie, I did most of the work, it was around 130cals for 45 mins haha

Strengthening your core is great and neccessary but if you aren't doing enough cardio and eating correctly you will never be able to see those muscles!! Cardio and diet are directly related to losing belly fat, especially in women!! :)

Having a simple carb (sugar) is great to restore glycogen depletion after a workout! With that being said you should also have protein with it.
