Goal: 300 mins 2/27 - 20 mins kettle bells, 45 mins walking (65 mins total) 2.28 - 60 mins cycling 2/29 - 80 mins cycling (205 mins total) 3/1 - 20 mins kettle bells, 45 walking (270 so far!) 3/2 - 3/3 - 40 mins cycling (310 - met my goal!) 3/4 - 30 mins cycling 340 mins total!)
