Im TOTALLY late but i love this challenge and I am in...Exercise calories for me are just an excuse to keep eating...Im 303 lbs...so my caloric daily is 1750 calories that is plenty...then i burn about 1000 cals per day...for me to eat 1750 +1000 cals per day is insane to me...im not that hungry. even with eating almonds…

Thats a great idea...I dont eat for convenience lol I eat because they taste so good. HOWever somebody out there prob does eat for convenience so thanks for that wonderful advice. you can create a little baggy of trail mix or nuts veggies etc
