I have not done any exercise, I'm in the Midwest and waiting for the weather to warm up and then I will start to incorporate walking. Stress has actually been minimal and sleep is never a problem for me I'm a very good sleeper. I have not done measurements but I will and possibly a loss will show in that way. Thank you all…

Thank you for the feedback. I'm learning a lot everyday in this new woe journey. This forum has been so helpful. I'm going on vacation next week so I won't drop down to a lower carb level until I return from vacation but I'd like to experiment and see if going into Ketosis accelerates my loss. I see such large losses per…

I wish I had an answer for you, I'm very perplexed myself with an extreme itchiness I've been experiencing for about the last week. Im about 4 weeks into eating low carb and for the last week I've been having itchiness on my arms, hands, fingers, bottoms of my feet and areas of my legs. Not all areas have shown a rash but…

What would be the benefit of tAking regular coconut oil vs skipping it all together? Would it be primarily just be providing me that extra fat and satiation without the brain boost?

I've been using sports research mct oil.

I'm only drinking one cup of coffee but I run the pod thru the kurig twice so I guess it's technically two cups which isn't out of the norm for me. Ive been adding 2T of mct oils for about 4 weeks and just started to pay attention to the anxious feeling, maybe I didn't realize it before. I dropped down to 1 T yesterday and…

Thank you for that information! Interestingly I just looked back at my mfp diary entry's and on Monday when I felt my worst I only logged in 577 mg sodium! Wow, that's low! I've been averaging around 1800 day so I will defiantly increase that!

Thanks for the great advice. I do think once the weather gets nicer I can add a walk in on my non work out days. I think i just needed to be reassured that it will start coming off again. I really am fine with a slow weight loss even 1/2 pd week is fine as long as it is consistent but good advice that weight loss isn't…

It has stopped right around the time that I started exercising so that may have something to do with it.

Ok thank you for the encouraging words, maybe Im jumping the gun and freaking out a bit because I do have some anxiety that we are going on vacation for a week at the end of the week and although I wont be over indulging on the food front I certainly wont have my pre prepared home cooked meals available to me. I guess I…

I really feel better at 132lbs. Im approaching menopause (5 year or so) and I don't want to be on this slippery slope as my metabolism slows down. I just feel and look better at 132-135 pounds and it is a realistic weight for my frame.

Thanks- yes, I do have a scale and use it to portion out everything. I understand I should be happy with the almost 10 Ive lost but its been a few weeks of nothing and I don't get why? It's like my body won't drop more and Im not sure why.

The zig zag menthod mentioned in your link is interesting, Ive never heard of that before. Do you feel you get better results varying your calorie intake?

thanks for all the great feedback- I changed my activity to light rather than sedentary and will up my callers based on what a few other links have said. I feel more comfortable with the 1500 level. That being said, as I read a lot of posts on getting started I see "net calories" mentioned. Can someone explain it in simple…

I only set my goal for 1 pound per week. Im 46- 147 lbs and want to reach goal weight of 135. 1200 seems so low and really not enough food for me. I do plan to exercise 20 minutes a day 5 days a week and will eat those calories but Im just concerned about what MFP is telling me as a calorie suggestion. I guess I'll change…
