Thanks for the tips that is the challenge I am running into eating out like at work functions even I have had issues. But yeah it helps with passing on stuff like doughnuts and cake at work. So that is nice

I was unaware about the lactose intolerance! I normally have milk in my cereal and sometimes ice cream or cheese but never a large amount. I wonder if that is why I didn't really have a reaction.

I was a vegetarian for years and I think eating meat substitutes that had gluten fillers really kind of made me a little sicker. It does make is much easier to pass on all ubiquitous work cakes! I swear there is a new baked good daily for holloween to v day.

Oh thank you I miss pizza too, the Shar pasta I tried is OK but you can tell it is different. Do you bake at all with different flour, is there one you like best? I am reluctant to try any pre packaged items I see because they are expensive and might not taste great.

Thank you! That is a good tip about the hidden stuff I will check that out. I went to a friend's house for dinner and she made stir fry with soy and didn't believe me that I couldn't have it. I had to google it and show her the ingredients in soy sauce, you wouldn't think about it unless you have to so I totally understand.

This! I am 5'6 I started at 160 ish I didn't feel good looking at myself naked until now (134) I am still considering 125-130 if I can get there because that is where I felt my best. You will know how you feel when you get there. :-) great job!

I am 5'6 I was always around 126 then after baby #1 I was 121 then after baby #2 I was around 142, I got up to about 160 then during the holidays 2012. Now I am 134 and I would love to get back to 126 again but I think I would be OK with 130 too.

Try sharing, when I go out with a few friends we get 3 or 4 things and all take a few bites of each thing and we start with salad or soup...I have to agree with others I don't normally see 4 or 5 serving sizes if anything it is a normal portion.
