Eating is absolutely my biggest downfall! I'm sure you know my pain- those long nights of studying where you *need* that sugary latte to stay awake, the carb craving from being so sleep deprived, the stress eating... I love working out, so I feel like I have that covered. I need to get better at the healthy eating!

I don't have any advice to add, but I also really struggle with binge eating (not an extra piece of bread, like an extra 1000-2000 calories of junk food) and will be trying out this advice! Thank you!

Signing up for a race (and then having to follow a training plan) and running with a friend have helped me a lot!
