My skin could have a Velcro flap that I could open and just simple scoop just enough fat out. Of course my skin would automatically shrink to size.

Take a picture in a normal angle, as to not hide the double chin. Get a tattoo on a part of my body that I dare not to at my current size ( back etc) go swimming without being sooo self conscious, especially when it's time to get out of the pool. Take a family portrait, as I too hate taking pictures of myself.
