Thank you! Can you believe I do not know what to do at this point? Can you imagine me not losing one single pound (in fact I've gained) since August 2011, despite being an avid MFP abuser? Is it safe to assume I don't know how to lose weight?

What would you say if I told you I was taking a week off from exercise b/c I've gained 5 lbs in 2 months and I'm having an emotional issue with the gain?
