When I do sprints, I do this. Sprint work helped shave 15 min off my 1/2 mary time. I'm probably not doing it correctly in terms of "Treadmill Etiquette", but I despise running on it in the first place.

I do try to keep this list quiet short, but I have pages upon pages of things that really annoy me.

I use Cytosport Blue Raspberry powder. Mixes really well--1 scoop in 8oz water. I use a shaker bottle. You can get it on Amazon. It GREATLY reduces DOMS for me. Highly recommend this product! Sometimes I drink it 2x/day, but usually just after my workouts.

This is not just a "night" issue. I mistake hunger for sleep in general, esp since I work 7p-7a & sometimes don't make it to bed until 9:30 or 10:00am! On my days off, if I haven't had enough rest, I will have terrible cravings no matter what time of day it is.

I usually go by the "if I have cals left at 9pm. by all means--EAT!" But, i live by the 24 hour window before I started IF on Thursday. Midnight to midnight---once the cals are up, I'm done eating for the day/night. Makes it real convenient if you work overnight, like I do.

No worries, lovely. No one really celebrates their 25th bday. They tell me that you have a meltdown at 29, before you're 30th. Then, people may throw you a party. We'll see in 4 years if that happens to me! :laugh:

I bought a Blue Ant just for this purpose. After 2hrs it's dead, and I'll listen to my tunes aloud on my phone. I run 5K races with it as long as I'm not coaching--they have a rule against this--whatever!

If you have "C" tatas or above, the bras are worth the price! I have 2 of them & their sox are great to run in--no blistering if you're running distance. I couldn't afford the pants or tops, but if I had loads of $$, I'd buy all of my running apparel from LuLu :)
