i started insanity 1st jan so im on day 5 :) love it, new year given me an excuse to try it properly as ive only ever picked workouts before.... not done it as a routine ect... so here goes i welcome any friends who wish to add me. x

try 2 eggs plus some egg whites to bulk up the content and stay low fat, you can add some chicken and ham? and have a lil salad to make it look more or some grilled tomatoes...

ohhh this is exciting, three years ago i weight 350lbs now i weigh 130 and a fitness instructor and ive signed up for my first half as well.... i have quite a while to train though im chicken lol.

walked 5 & 1/2 hours on my day off this week totalled 17 miles that day! in total i reckon with my running ive managed to get to about 21 miles this week. need to try harder

yeah make your own or just think about how long you will benifit from having it for after the first bite? Not long at all and the junk in it will bring more cravings , or like someone mentioned workout and earn it but its guna be a whole lot of working out LOL.

i think its normal , your bodys burning and using the energy , id say having a fruit mid morning is the right thing to do to keep your metablolism running as it should do. so dont worry.

i have lost over 200lbs and im now a fitness instructor i train everyday 3 hours plus + eat really clean healthy diets , no alcohol and no reformed sugar ect, i have great abdominal muscles but rome wasnt built in a day its going to take a few years as your muscles need work , like someone mentioned its a slow but…

Thanks everyone espec the lady that fixed my images !! It was all just healthy eating and low fat meals teamed with exercise, the only way that works long term, going to friend some of you so we can support and complain together :) x

im 5ft1 so very short and i was 325lbs im now 130lbs i guess i started noticing my health was better before the weight loss which took around 100lbs loss for me to really notice, it depends on body type i guess.
