I use Silk creamer and it is delicious!

I do the same as this. It's tricky because it logs it as cardio, but in the long run it's still categorized as strength if it really matters to you when you go back in and look at your log for strength vs. cardio minutes.

I drink mint green tea after lunch every day and it helps me not snack the afternoon away. I also love Republic of Tea, as many other posters said. They have so many varieties, even chocolate teas for dessert instead of a calorie-laden late night snack. They're all so satisfying!

Lifting weights will increase your muscle mass, so the number on the scale may not go down as quickly (or may actually go up slightly; muscle is denser then fat and it takes up less space in the body but weighs more), but it's still more beneficial than cardio alone because more muscle means an increase in metabolism.…
