I weigh myself several times a day. (which I know is a no no). I do it just to keep myself from gaining weight. I tend to gain weight very easily. I only count my Friday morning weigh in as my true weight.

Maybe just walking. You could power walk or just take it slow. It's low impact and you could do it as long as you wanted and if your headache gets too intense you can stop. Goodluck, I hope you find something that will work for you.

I'm addicted to Sweet and Low. Which I know it's really bad for you. I use a lot every day. 3 cups of coffee = 6 sweet n low, plus I use it in cereal when I eat that. I've tried others and I just don't like them.

i always pop a bag of 94% fat free popcorn and put it in a giant zip lock bag or I take a pack of beef jerky. I prefer salty snacks over sweet snacks. I also will slice some cucumbers and peppers and take them. If I do get the urge for something sweet, I pack grapes.

I love MFP and feel I'm on here waaayyyy to much, but I'm learning a lot and trying to learn how to eat healthy and it has motivated me to work out. (something this body didn't do before)....

I think the reason why you've hit a plateau is because you are so close to your goal weight. That last few pounds are always the hardest to lose. I'm sorry I really don't have any suggestions. I eat eggs almost every day. I buy 2 dozen every week at the grocery. I boil a dozen and always have a healthy snack on hand loaded with protein, and I usually fry or scramble up 1 or 2 for breakfast. I love eggs!!!
