I would go get some blood work done, just to make sure you're not anemic or something. You may need an iron supplement also. I take a multi vitamin, 2000 mg of D3, 1000 B12 and 650mg of iron. This was all prescribed by my Dr. Let me tell you, I can tell when I don't take something. Good luck.

I have one, I don't use it much. I would start out slow around 3.5 for a couple minutes, then increase speed every few minutes. I normally walk fast usually around 5 mph. Do you know if she has any newer stuff out? I've looked and haven't really seen anything. I have the one with the resistant bands that's all resistant training. I like that one alot. I also like the 1 muscle mile or something like that. I usually do that twice and use different weights with that one.
