I have used nutrisystem. the food was good. The portions were so small it was sad. You can do much better if you eat the right things, you can get a lot more food. They are all loaded with sodium. are you excersising? if not, you should start. How many calories are in this diet each day? Make sure you are getting enough. Drink more water and be realistic. ^^^ This holds true for me too. Get a new pair of jeans each time you lose 10lbs. Set smaller goals of 3 to 4 pounds. Mine right now is to get out of the 160's. I have 3 pounds to go.

I've lost a total of 40lbs and still don't see it when I look in the mirror. My face and hands look smaller and everyone around me notices, but I don't. Its weird how its different for everyone. I think its mostly in my head.

I try to stay at or under all of the above. Calories are most important, I do believe, but to me fat and sugar are also just as important. I drink a lot of water before I go to bed and take some ibprofin. If that doesn't work it means I drank way more then i intended. A good hearty breakfast of mostly protein works for me too.
