I don't know of any special trick. It's really just mind over matter. We all have days where everything sounds good. Allow yourself a day like that every once in a while. Maybe you won't feel so deprived?

try fixing yourself a healty snack or meal and eat at the same time your kids eat. I'm also a firm believer in feeding my kids the same thing i eat. I would say watch your sodium intake. Those canned soups and pre-packaged meals will get you. Also, start logging your water. It will help with the water weight. This is probably tmi, but for me there was always a reaction (skin kind). Lasted for days. Pain doesn't bother me at all. The pain invlovled in the hair removal was atleast a long term thing. I knew that once i was done I would only have to be back every couple of years for touch ups. :)

I would order fish, chicken, or steak if you must. If you get a salad order balsamic dressing instead of the fatty ranch or other options. Don't eat the bread at the begining of the meal (not sure what they serve there so I'm just throwing some ideas out) and order veggies as a side instead of a baked potato with butter…

i could never do waxing. I did however get the laser hair removal. It hurts probably 10x worse. It also takes anywhere from 6 to 8 treatments for the hair to be gone and it does require a little bit of up keep in the years to come. The good news is its not that expensive!!!
