oh, and 2000 cals is a lot. I just bought a fitbit to track my actual calories burned and its pretty accurate. look into something like that. :)

the difference between dieting and eating right on mfp is that mfp is a lifestyle. Don't think many people would be very successful on 600 calories for long periods of time. Add weights to working out. You will build more mucsle and burn fat faster. i go by clothes too. If they fit then i'm ok, as soon as they get a little…

just got my fitbit yesterday. Don't know how to track my sleep and i'm not sure how it knows when I'm exercising. do I have to log it at fitbit or on mfp? How is it supposed to know when i'm sleeping? I like everything else about it.

age 25 (for two more weeks) height 5'2 sw:198(before mfp) cw:159 gw:130 until i want to lose more :)

other things to look at too..... add weights to your work outs to help burn fat a little faster. make sure youre watching your sodium intake drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. look up healthy calories and stay away from processed foods. change up your workout routine. Do not do the same excersice for more then 6…

my opinion is that when you lose weight at a very fast pace then saggy skin is more likely to happen. It also depends on how big you were to start. I know of some insurances that will cover skin remaval if it becomes a big problem. i would look into it, but wait until you actually see the skin problems first.

excersice! Your metabolism will speed up. Don't eat under 1200 per day. I eat half of my excerice calories back (leaving room for calculation errors) and i've started dropping weight a lot faster. :)

congrats!! I set mini goals all the time!!!!

I would start logging again if I saw more then 3 pounds of weight gain.

ok, so here's some actual advice. everyone feels how you do once in a while. I was there a couple weeks ago. The piece of advice that worked for me was switching up my workouts. I had been doing the elliptical for months and weights too. A trainer told me that you should NEVER do the same workout for more then 6 weeks…

5'2 3/4 lol waist 36 hips 42 and i'm 159lbs

About the bra. I am large chested too. I actually wear a regular bra and then throw a sports bra on top of it. I HATE the uni-boob look. the bra underneath gives extra support and keeps them from looking like one boob. hahaha.

so awesome!!!!! I cant believe how good you look!!! You should be soooo proud!!!
-
I always log after the loss of a large log!!!! :) ps, 107 is a perfectly healthy weight for 5'1

i would go with wieghts and sqauts too. Also, google leg shaping excersice and you will probably get a bunch of good ideas. Good luck. Add me if you'd like ;)

Mine is how I feel after I work out and when I look in the mirror. Also, like how people look at me differently. Love running at the park with my boys and not feeling exhausted. :)

if you have the money then go for it. Sign up with a beach body coach (its free) then you can get it a little bit cheaper. I also agree that you can find the same kind of product for a much cheaper price. Protein shakes make my stomach hurt so I'm not really into them, but to each their own. I don't think anyone is…

i agree!! You don't realize how much youre eating until you log it all. Buy a food scale. walmart 19 bucks that way you measure and log the correct amount. Good luck hun! You got this!!

Please tell me how you manage your time! I have no help most of the time. Seems a bit impossible. I've still managed to lose 40 pounds and workout, but now i feel like I have less time to focus on the kids. :(
-
Yeah, I have a 6month old, and a 5 year old. both boys! I've fallen asleep multiple times all sweaty and gross right after a workout and NOT on purpose. By the end of the night I have nothing left in me!!

Yup, I eat way to fast most of the time. Recently I have slowed down so that my body can feel full faster, but if you portion out your meals before you eat them then it doesn't matter how fast you eat. Its all going to the same place. It takes 10 to 15 minutes for the body to realize its full, so all you have to do is…

amazing! I love this! I started at 198 and i am currently at 160. You are great motivation to keep on truckin!!! :)

i FIND HIM INSANLY SEXY TOO! I think thats just because he's is who he is. :) I have a couple tatoos, all of which have meaning, and if i could take them off I would.
-
Great job!! You look awesome!
-
You look so great!!! I also agree that beard needs to stay off. You look so happy and young!!!!! Thanks for sharing!!!
-
i would like to hear about the fitbit too. Interested in getting one of those.

I personally think its because the bigger you are the more your body goes into shock when you start eating right and excersising. Even the people who start off "bigger" get stuck at the last 20 to 30lbs of weight loss.
