I am down three pounds since I started this plan, last Wednesday. I did not stick to the plan on the weekend, due to a bridal shower and birthday party. So today I am pretty much just getting back on track. I think that's all we can do, right? I know the plan works if we follow it. Let's give it our best this week and see…

Add me, please. I am starting the 6WBM TODAY. My daughter is getting married in 6 weeks. Perfect timing. Even though I did just order my dress. I don't even care. I'll buy a different one if I lose weight and it's too late for alterations. LOL

Hi. I have lost 30 on the BMO diet. I ordered a new kit because somehow lost mine in a move recently. Let me know if you want to buddy up. I want to lose about 30 pounds by October 24th.

I can always use more friends. And tomorrow is July 1st, so let's set some goals and work toward them!!
-
Thanks, Anna!!

I'm in. Swim - 10 miles Bike - 200 miles Run - 25 miles Goal is also to lose 6 pounds in July.

I would log it. You deserve the credit, even if you don't eat those calories back.
-
Add me. I have lost 30. Hoping to lose 25 more with exercise and mfp.

I have the Vivofit. I love the fact that I don't have to charge it. I am MJWCCR on Garmin. I think that's it. I will repost if I discover otherwise. But I'd love to have some MFPs on VIVO. Helps with challenges, etc.

I have lost 42 and would like to lose another 30. I am doing lots of protein and green veggies. Protein smoothies. Basically trying to eat clean. I just had surgery but I am allowed to start cycling again so I will be doing a lot of that until I can incorporate my running back in.
-
My goal for July is 160 for the month. I can relate to the earlier post about feeling like a kid!!! Cycling does NOT feel like exercise to me....though it certainly provides an awesome calorie burn!! Loving my new bike!!!

You have an incredibly great attitude. I will keep you in my prayers and look forward to the update when you receive the all-clear. GO....FIGHT....WIN!!!!

I'm in for 200 miles.

I started C25K in 2009, ran my first half marathon in 2010, my first full this past January and I think I am starting now to feel like a runner. I still have about 20 pounds to lose and when I start "looking" more like a "runner" maybe it will sink in. But if you're running, you're a runner. By the end of week five on…

That is such a great program. I began my journey in October of 09 and started the C25K program. I am STILL a RUNNER!!! That app truly worked for me and so many others I've heard from along the way. Very proud of you for taking the first step. You can do it!!

I am getting my lift in mid-August. Can't wait. I think it's a very personal thing. I have had my children (youngest is 5) and have always wanted the "girls" of my youth back. Finally, at 44, I can afford it. I don't think there is any way possible that any amount of weight lifting will gravitate these girls back into…

Please add me to the growing list. I need to lose another 15 to 18 pounds. Would like to do so by mid-August. Hope it's possible.

I am so impressed!! Great job!!

I am about 5-6 as well and my goal is 155.

Hey, Girl. I sent you a FR. Good luck. Anyone feel free to add me. I need all the encouragement I can get. :)

Count me in. I started it a while back and lost steam, though I didn't find it too bad to keep up with. Maybe this time by joining alongside you guys, I will keep myself more motivated.

Cuz I really like bananas....especially when they're free. Oh, and hot water. And of course, the super cool t-shirts. Don't forget those. I race against myself, always. Love the exhileration of race mornings, the days before a race, and the feeling I get afterwards. :) Great topic, by the way.
-
Interested in the replies. I've not run a trail RACE but I train on trails and LOVE running them!! Good luck at your race. :)

Pick me!!! Pick me!!! :O)

You know what is totally cool, that there are so many other great activities that you can do to achieve fitness, so there is not any reason in the world to even sweat it, RIGHT? Congrats on your marathon. I'm training for my first. Hope my story ends well. LOL Now you can say you're a marathon finisher...but I don't blame…

If you have a basic grasp of the strokes, three or four private lessons might provide more for you. That's what I was advised recently. I know how to float and swim, just want to improve my form and be able to swim laps and improve from there. Eventually I'd like to compete in a Sprint Level tri. Good luck to you!!

Thanks for all of your input. Much appreciation!!! :) It's all SOO confusing.
