I didn't know you had to count calories while intermittent fasting even though I am too! Ha! Do you like it? I just started yesterday. I eat breakfast and lunch then nothing after 2pm. I am surprisingly not hungry. I drink green tea when I get home from work.

I am the exact same way. I have failed because of dieting. Finally I am not on a diet! I am eating foods that I love but much less.

I agree. You should definitely get a second opinion from a doctor who specializes in patients who have had weight loss surgery.

Exact same here...I weigh every single day after using the restroom in the morning, but my "official" weigh in is Saturday morning. I really can't help myself since it is in the restroom.

I TOTALLY agree! I was losing like a half a pound in the beginining. A week or so ago, I changed mine to MFP's recommendation to lose 1 lb per week at sedentary and it gives me 1620. I eat all those calories and exercise at least 30 minutes/3 days per week (I type it in my notes section as not to give me more calories to…
