mayoclinic.com had some good low back stretches/exercises. I do them when I have a flare up of the back or hip and it really helps with the pain. I should probably do them all the time, but that's another issue. :)

When I started I could barely do 3 on my initial test. When I did the progress test before week 3, I was able to do 31! So, according to the plan, I started week 3 using the middle column. I couldn't do the numbers they listed. I did the first three sets and then I absolutely couldn't do anymore. What's your opinion?…

If the waiter's service was poor, I'd tip on the low end of the scale (10%). If it's the food that was not properly prepared, I'd still tip the waiter. :blushing: this is kind of a weird one. My napkin kept falling to the floor at lunch today. I realized that over the years I had fallen into the habit of tucking my napkin under my belly to keep it in place. Today I realized that I don't have enough flab there to hold my napkin in place. :bigsmile:

interesting. I too have cut down on coffee tremendously. I still have a cup at breakfast and a cup at lunch. Have you heard anything about Tea? Does it also have a similar effect on weight ?

I can get in and out of my car without experiencing hip pain anymore. I can walk quite a good distance without leg/hip pain either. Also, I went shopping last weekend and bought pants that were two sizes smaller that what I was wearing in February.

Personally I'm not fond of full sleeves whether man or woman. To each their own. I love back tattoos and have a couple myself. I have a picture in my head of the beautiful garden I want pictured on my back, but I probably will never get it done. I'll just carry it with me in my mind.

So far, I've gone from a 38DD to a 38D cup. My Boobs are always the first to go. It feels better to have them smaller, but it's sad that the only "acceptable" fat on a woman is always the first fat to go when I lose weight.
