  • Hi I'm restarting MFP journey and would be glad to keep in touch as you do this!
  • I have a gym membership (best money i ever spent) so I do group classes on weekdays- yoga, boxing, conditioning, spinning. On the weekends I do my out routine of 30-45 minutes cardio and interval workouts from either BodyRock.tv or ZWOW (free online fitness workouts) once I finish the cardio.
  • I used to get those comments a lot when I would just talk about my goals, but I'd say losing weight has only encouraged the people around me that used to say things like that to get in better shape themselves. I think the best response is just letting them know how much losing the weight has benefited you INSIDE health…
