This is what I love so much about the forum feature on mfp. I was all for 1200 cals when I joined. It wasn't until I started eating my exercise calories back that I really started to lose and then thanks to the forums I realized setting my goals to 1lb a week was wrong from the start. yep sure was. But I had my goals set at 1 lb a week,instead of half a pound like I should have from the start.

When I plataead at 115 ( am now 110) I upped my intake from 1200 to 1350 . The last five pounds were gone within a month.

I like to have 2-4 squares of 70 % dark chocolate with a bit of PB spread on top,heavenly! The jello temptations mousse cups are really good too (60 cals)

do more lifting,lower your refined carb and refined sugar intake.

perhaps a lot of people aiming for that size are small framed. I am a size 3 and even at my heaviest (granted it was just at the end of my bmi range) I was just creeping into an eight. I am glad not everyone is aiming to be a 2,4 etc because we all need to love our natural frame and size.

low carb high calorie foods are easy. Cheese (this is great to incorperate into your meals if you know your going to exercise) eggs ( hard boiled makes a great snack) meat ( meat slices and cheese,yummy) nuts

when you exercise macros like carbs,fat,protein and fibre intakes will increase.

Im in. I really need to up my core exercises. I have already challenged myself to do 50 situps a day for the next week,so I plank would be a great addition to this.

Okay tomorrow is august 1st. What will our official challenges be? I am thinking 50 situps a day? I am going to challenge myself to eat 2 fruit and 2 veggie servings everyday as well
