I had 4 scrambled eggs whites, light string cheese and a cup of light cottage cheese. For a total of 298 cals. Lots of protein!!

I agree it is very normal! This happens to me often that I have a huge loss then platuea for a while.

This wants me to have 2583 and i only do 1200. I think i will stick w my 1200 cause if i ate that many i would most def gain weight.thanks for sharing though!

Thank u all for the great points. I am currently eating 1200 ans do not eat my workout calories. So my net normally looks low. I am thinking of mayb upping to 1300 since thats what mfp says for my bmr. I am happy where i am but def want to tone alot more and lose some lbs.

I dont have a certain # I want to stay in. I am a huge pasta eater but since MFP have cut them wayyyyy down. I a, just going by what recommended for me on here. I still eat vegs of all kinds and fruits and always will just was curious on lower carb ones. Thanks so much for the info everyone!

It happens to us all. I couldnt get out of the 150s for months. Then finally got to the 140s and same thing it took ages to finally see a 1&3. U can do it. Try changing your cal intake, more protein, less sodium.. etc. Good luck! Feel free to add me.

I tried it for a week or less a yr ago. It made my food taste horrible. Didnt try long enough to lose from it. Good luck if u try it.
