Jillian Micheals Ripped in 30
Hey! Just bought JM Ripped In 30 to start tomorrow! I am very excited to start it and hoping for some noticable results!! Anyone else out there done this?? I have seen some people post befores and afters on here and am hoping for the same type of results. Gonna do before and after pics and measurements! Wish me luck!!

Height 5'3" Age 28 2 Kids both via c-section Starting weight 173. Heaviest after birth of my second baby. Current weight 136 Goal weight 130 Trying to lose this tummy I still have. Don't ever give up!!!!!

I am 5'3" and weigh 136 currently. Down from 173 in November 2011. So I am thinking my goal weight is 130-133. Does this sound good?? What is your goal weight being same height as me?? Thanks!

Fruit and veggie carbs
So I get my fruit and veggies in daily. But hate how high of carbs they have! I end up having a higher carb intake for the day then what I would prefer, but I don't want to not eat them either. Anybody know of any vegs or fruits that have low carb or none? Or is there such a thing?

Protein
How do u all get your protein in daily? I try w eggs and chicken, ect. But i feel like my totals for the days r always low. I am not a huge red meat eater at all. Any ideas. Protein shakes?? Dont wanna gain though. Help please.
