  • To at the very least, walk a mile each day. TOM + bad cramps = no energy for me. I've pushed myself the past couple days to get walking in at least. It's not the complete workout at the gym, but it's a mile more than normal during TOM for me. :-)

  • I try to mix it up a bit for veggies, but there's only so many different vegetables available in my little town grocery store. I watch for what's fresh & on sale and normally go by that....If it can be baked with a bit of Parmesan cheese & garlic powder, I do it....tastes awesome (like asparagus, for example)
