  • 1 pounds down this week....I was hoping for more, but with TOM here, I guess I should welcome the 1 pound. LOL 12 pounds total in 6 weeks.
  • It's been 6 weeks and recent posters....you have NO idea how much I needed this reminder again lately. Summer seems to be evil with no schedule as much with the kids running around, daylight lasting longer, and many nights of not eating meals together. At the same time, though, we're going non stop, so it gives me less…
  • It's been a super busy couple of weeks with the 4th of July and birthday, etc....but somehow managed to lose 2 more pounds, bringing me to 11 pounds total in 5 weeks! Slow & steady, right?
  • Down another 2 pounds. It's killing me not to have done a workout, but injury to the shoulder & foot has prevented me :( I'm super happy that I lost another 2 pounds though!!! That makes a total of 9 lbs in 3 weeks.
  • Down 2 more pounds for a total of 7 lbs down in two weeks! Couldn't be happier since I cheated a couple days this past week LOL

  • I make this as well, but throw in a can of black beans (rinsed/drained) and a bag of frozen corn as well. Then I use them for enchilada mix :-) So delicious! We use this for enchiladas or burrito bowls and it's super delicious and SO easy!!
  • I usually make a HUGE pan of stir-fry with chicken, zucchini, summer squash, onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc (whatever type of veggies you want) and a small amount of low sodium soy sauce. I split it up into baggies and freeze it that way into single servings. You can pop it out of the baggie and into a bowl in the…
  • Exactly. He's going by what the doctor says. I don't agree with it, and he knows my feelings, but he's ok. He's an "all or nothing" kind of person and he's in this for major weight loss quickly. He has already lost 130 pounds and now trying to lose the last 20.
  • Tonight was Laughing Cow Shrimp Alfredo over Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Wide Noodles, Steamed Baby Carrots, and a slice of 45 Calorie Sara Lee Bread. It was pretty darn delicious, if I do say so myself and so worth the calories! Nutritional Values for my entire plate: Calories = 530 Carbs = 70 Fat = 15 Protein = 34 Fiber…
  • Absolutely LOVE the list. SOOOO true! I know some people who are also on meds, but are limiting themselves to a 400-600 calorie diet and freak out if they go over it. I don't get it. I eat back my calories for the most part, and ya know what, sometimes I go 10 or so calories over. I don't freak out.
  • I love Chobani. And Yoplait, honestly. Once in awhile I'll add a just a little bit of granola for a topping to give it some crunch. It's thick, yes, but now I have a hard time eating regular yogurt LOL
  • Started about a week ago with logging & exercising (really just walking up until Fitness Blender a couple days ago) Down 5 pounds. :-) I know that's not the normal, but I can't tell you how happy this makes me!!!
  • Thanks - it was my cell phone & instagram. Nothing too spectacular ;-) Anyway, my family thanks you for the recipe - they're asking for it tomorrow again LOL
  • Made this tonight. WILL be making it again :-) Delicious! We made pizzas out of ours (we loaded ours so full of veggies, so had to eat it with a fork though LOL). • I've been doing the Fitness Blender videos for a couple days, but not the 8 week program. So far, I love them. I'm starting with the low impact for beginners. Still makes me sweat, but I don't feel like I'm going to die LOL. It's constant movement and gets my heart rate going up.
  • Thanks much! I was thinking that sounded like the best method, but thought I'd ask ;-)
  • For those using these at pizza crust, do you bake them first then add the toppings and re-bake or do you put the toppings on and bake the entire thing at once?
  • DEFINITELY trying this tomorrow :-)
  • I just got done mixing up a batch of a copy cat hidden valley ranch seasoning mix & jar of dressing. From what I figured when I put everything into the recipe maker, each serving (about 2T) of the ranch is about 35 calories. Sodium is still a little higher, but still 100 mg lower than HVR out of the bottle and 100 less…
  • THAT is a great idea! I never thought of that
  • Thank you all for your comments. I told the hubby about the chemicals in the stuff and his exact words: "throw them out". Just glad our kids didn't have any yet! I will check the produce section for the dressings and try something new - it's all about trial & error right?
