Today is day 51 for me so 12 days left. I'm scheduled to do max ploy today o and I'm ready for it. I love the results, love Shaun T but miss the weights. I plan to restart in May with 2 lb ankle weights. Insane, I know!

Sorry to say but the only thing you can trust is what you put in your mouth... But yes it is possible to burn 900 calories but most of them are carb calories and not that much fat. Not that it matters...

I eat carbohydrates depending on what in doing for the day. I eat more on days I workout and highest on high interval training days. I eat on the lower range when doing light-moderate cardio. If your worried about protein drink it in the morning with scrambled egg whites or after a workout with 2 boiled egg whites or lean turkey slices

I have a dash juicer and love it. What I have learned is to start with 3-4 fruits and vegetables. Too much will overpower the juice My go to right know is cucumber, celery, beet leaves or kale, and 1/2 a beet. So good!

If you exercise you need to eat at least 1500 calories. Your body has to know that it will not go into starvation. Eat clean. Train dirty
