It worked for me too! I started with 1 tbsp and increased it to 2 tbsp over time. I take it sometime when I had overnight, it helps "level" me out. Try it if you feel comfortable

I try not to let my TOM stop me from exercising. If it's really bad I just substitute the cardio or strength training for yoga.

You can do a home workout. There are plenty of at home websites and videos online. NO EXCUSES! Plus, it sounds like you have been doing the same routine for a while. It might help to switch it up a bit :)

Jason PB make small packets or you can get little plastic cups to hold PB. Other suggestions is sliced turkey with apple. Yogurt and granola, walnuts, make your own trail mix. I love the protein waffle idea. I might have to try that!
