Recommendations for breakfast?

I normally eat breakfast around 6:50 but don't eat lunch until 10:45. I go to school, so by the time lunch comes around, I'm starving! I'll normally eat a bowl of cereal with a granola bar, but I also get really nauseous in the morning and can't eat a large amount. I used to eat oatmeal, but now I literally gag if I try to eat a bowl of it. Any suggestions??
