Haha Yes, I promise its the same guy (no photoshop skills here lol). Those results came after a round of P90X, two rounds of Insanity, a round of Insanity: The Asylum and I do HIIT and Tabatas 3 to 4 times a week. I agree about the strength training, it is very important, even if it is just calisthenics.

I didn't lose any muscle mass but I did however lose some strength in my back from the lack of pullups, but overall and especially during month 2 of Insanity my strength and anarobic threshold increased dramaticaly. I channel all my stress, frustration, anger etc. into helping me to push passed my mental/physical limits as I workout. I always feel 100% better afterward.
