Oh man, don't get me started on homemade bread! It's my absolute favorite thing to eat and my favorite smell in the kitchen! I make all our bread, english muffins, bagels, croissants, etc and it's the one thing I will always make room for in my daily calorie allowance! <3 <3

If I'm hungry after dinner I'll have a piece of fruit, dark chocolate or peanut butter. Works for me.

I prep ingredients on the weekend so that it's easier to cook fresh on weeknights.

I make my own granola so I can control the types of dried fruit, nuts, amount of sugar, etc that go into it.

You can make a big batch and portion it out if you're short on time. Baked oatmeal is also a good option
