Save some calories for it in your daily allowance. Then get the best quality you can afford. Just a little bit of dark chocolate does it for me :p

This happens to me once in awhile, feeling as though I will never get full. I make sure to eat a nice sized meal and drink lots of water. When I start to feel hungry 30min-1hr later, I go out for a bit. My cravings usually go away once I'm back. Doesn't always happen though and that's when I'll eat another snack or small…

I like to use it instead of ricotta in baked pasta dishes. Sounds weird, but it's yummy.

I like to spread em with nutella, top with banana and either bake em or deep fry them if you're feeling naughty ;)
