Try to fit all the food you love into your daily allowance. Just eat smaller portions of them. Good luck!

All of my meals contain some sort or carbs. As long as they are within your calories for the day you will be ok.

I try to just enjoy my vacation and get back to logging when I get home. If it makes you feel better you can fit in a few workouts or try to do active things while away. Have fun!
