  • How did you find a pink FT7? I can only find the female one is red/black or red/white. Both totally un-feminine and not really what I'd want. Even the men's ones are much nicer colours!

  • Measured navel this morning and was 26.8 inches. I'm 5'8" and weight 134lbs. Still have the stubborn fat hanging around my belly though, would love a flat stomach eventually.

  • I'm in week 8 of insanity and only started seeing results in month 2. Also upped my calories then, still not to as high as the nutrition guide recommends but about 1600-1700 a day.   • I have very similar numbers, my TDEE is about 1750. However on non-fast days aren't you supposed to relax and eat what you want (within reason)? I would have to restrict and calorie count if I ate TDEE so doesn't seem like the benefit of not feeling like you are on a constant diet is there. Any thoughts?
  • I have oatmeal everyday for breakfast but I make it with Almond milk. This makes it taste sweeter than if you made it with regular milk.
