If it works for you, it works!! You did get me thinking though about planning out my calories for the day. I've never even thought about that before! I do plan out my meals, but I don't really log the calories or think about how many calories are in the meal until I log them. I may try to pre-plan my calories one day next…

At work, I generally don't exercise at my desk. However, every hour or two I go to the break room in the back and do lunges (or kicks) around the table. Also, some of the ladies and I do challenges in the office -- we just completed the 100 push up challenge and are now working on the 200 squat challenge.

I've been pleasantly surprised at how walking has helped so much. I usually go for a walk 3 x a week during my 30 minute lunch break. The boyfriend and I will also try to walk after dinner--helps us unwind for the day and digest food.

Congrats!! My water intake has fluctuated across the last few months. I recently purchased a "Bubba" water jug that holds 52oz of water. It has been easy for me to drink my water with the bubba - although, it's a complete hassle to take anywhere. Keep up the great work!
